HDP manufactures several models of counter-pressure bottle fillers and filler/crowners to suit your budget and your bottling requirements. Models range from single head manual fillers to four head filler/crowners.
COUNTER PRESSURE BOTTLE FILLERS
Economy Line Models Include:
EFM1 - Single
head Manual bottle filler. Operated via joystick. Set up for most
common glass bottles, optional adapter available for PET bottles or cans.
Bottle is completely enclosed by cabinet and manual safety doors for operator
safety.
EFM2 - All
features as above, with two filling heads and 2 joysticks.
EFA1 - Single
head, Automatic bottle filler. Push button operation of automatic cycle
of purging, filling, and venting. Set up for most common glass bottles;
optional adapter available for PET bottles or cans. Bottle is completely
enclosed by cabinet and manual safety doors for operator safety. Machine features adjustable fill heights and error codes for easy troubleshooting.
EFA2 - All
